Three Valleys 2027 piste map: what has changed since 2026?

A valley-by-valley look at the changes shown on the Three Valleys 2027 piste map compared with the 2026 edition, including NEW badges, piste names, activity areas and map layout.

The annotated Three Valleys maps

Orange numbered outlines identify comparison areas. On the 2026 map, red outlines identify NEW badges which disappear in the 2027 edition.

NEW badges: nine in 2026, two in 2027

The 2026 map has nine visible NEW badges, counting Cime Caron in both the main map and the Orelle inset. The 2027 map has two: La Tania gondola and Chenus summit facilities.

The old badges disappear from the Chenus lift, both Rhodos sections, Côte Brune, Cherferie, Brides-les-Bains, Val Thorens Les 2 Lacs, and Cime Caron in both views. At Chenus, the change is in what is tagged NEW: the lift in 2026 and the summit platform and picnic area facilities in 2027.

Méribel: piste labels and numbered sections

Sapins is shown as a green connection. The blue-run labels Bourbon and Tara appear, with changes around Doron. Chamois and Mauduit are divided into numbered sections, while SAULIRE EXPRESS 1 / 2 is shortened to SAULIRE 1 / 2.

Saint Martin: Riondaz and Evons

The orange Liberty Ride area on the 2026 map is replaced by the Riondaz piste presentation in 2027. The blue Evons label also appears.

2026: Saint Martin slopes around Saint Martin Express.
2027: Saint Martin slopes around Saint Martin Express.

Orelle: boardercross marking and first-aid symbol

The yellow Boardercross zone and its label disappear from the Orelle inset. This map omission alone does not confirm that the feature has closed. A first-aid cross also appears near Col de Thorens.

2026: Orelle inset, including Plan Bouchet and the upper slopes.
2027: Orelle inset, including Plan Bouchet and the upper slopes.

Val Thorens: Montaulever and activity-area labels

Montaulever is added as a piste label, while Flocons becomes Flocon. The beginner-area and skicross wording is revised: Espace débutant appears and Ski cross JF Chapuis becomes Skicross JF Chapuis.

2026: Val Thorens piste and activity-area labels.

Below Val Thorens: Les ours

The label Les ours is added to the blue route below Val Thorens.

Mottaret: a shorter snowpark label

Snowpark Open Park is shortened to Snowpark on the Three Valleys map.

2026: Mottaret snowpark near Plan des Mains and Bouquetin.
2027: Mottaret snowpark near Plan des Mains and Bouquetin.

Other changes to the map drawing

Panoramic-view icons are added at Vizelle and Col de Chanrossa, and summit-facility symbols are rearranged.

A full bilingual legend occupies the bottom-right corner of the 2027 map. The Les 3 Vallées logo is smaller and higher, and a PEFC certification panel appears at the bottom left.

No obvious additional lift line was identified beyond the existing routes shown on both maps.
