Still no confirmation of the "secret" Méribel gig(s) that were leaked by The Observer and Méribel Tourist Office. We were sworn to secrecy but now it's in the public domain... Gigs were rumoured to be around 26 March (the date is NOT confirmed - please don't book flights!) and talk of a free outside gig was planned, probably near The Ronnie in Méribel Official comment from The Feeling is "there are some interesting plans afoot but nothing is definite, so don't pack your suitcase just yet".
A UK tour has been announced for March - will they get to La Tania??? We'll see... The second album Join With Us is released on February 18th and the new single already getting plenty of air play, I Thought It Was Over is released on 11th Feb.

After playing Radio One's Big Weekend in Dundee and touring with The Charlatans they have their own UK tour in June and then play loads of festivals all over Europe. Fill My Little World looks likely to be massive and they're on Top of the Pops on Sunday 21/05/06 @ 7:30pm BBC2.
New Album - 12 Stops and Home released on 5 June 2006 (in at number 2)
New Single - Fill My Little World released on 22 May 2006 (in at number 10)
The Feeling (previously Super Fly), Ski Lodge regulars in 2001 with the odd gig in La Tania since, have signed to Island Records. The single Fill My Little World was a limited release in November 2005. A former Jo Whiley record of the week, a session on Dermot O'Leary's show and the backing track to Soccer AM's goals of the week. Are they too famous for La Tania now?

Gig Review - The Feeling @ Carling Academy 2 Birmingham - 12 Feb 2006
The Feeling in Brum 12th March - sorry about the crap pics!
The Feeling (aka Super Fly who lived in La Tania in 2001) played a great set to a sold out crowd on the last night of their current tour - Quite funny that they nearly didn't make it 'cos of snow - they were stuck on the motorway from Glasgow for 7 hours on Sunday! Next they support the Charlatans, another tour in June, then it's loads of Summer Festivals. Playing all the stuff off their new album to be released in June called Twelve Stops and Home highlights included the haunting Rosé (or Love and Alcohol as Dan put it) the power pop Love It When You Call plus rocking versions of their 2 singles to date Fill My Little World and Sewn. Crystal clear vocals from front man Dan, pumping bass from Richard and Ciaran's harmonies sounding superb - The Feeling was there gonna be huge....
