Work continues apace on the new public building in La Tania to house a medical centre with ambulance access, a left luggage room, local police office, the new creche and a community room / display area.

Elsewhere there's a new upstairs terrace on the Restaurant La Coers De Crystal above Méribel and the Rond Point has extended their terrace too. We hear the Lodge Du Village over in Méribel Village will have a large brand new terrace for Winter 2010/2011 as well. Meanwhile Méribel is cut in two as initial work on a 5 star hotel (not due to open until Dec 2011) has dug up the whole main road down from The Tav to the Cap. Loads of cranes building another large hotel on the road in to 1850 too.

Piste re-shaping, corrosion control, drainage, signage along with snow cannons on the La Tania Green Run plus work on the Courchevel 1850 Stade for the World Cup Competition all continues through the Summer months. A lot of that lift pass money does get spent on the skiing and snowboarding infrastructure keeping The Three Valleys at the top of the World's Ski Resorts.
