The strike is mainly about remuneration and benefits – this is from the management side:
What has already been in effect since the start of the season:
- 4.1% salary increase (including seniority) granted to all staff.
- €980 in average profit-sharing bonus (including contribution) paid for all our employees despite a 2021 season not worked and a loss of €700,000 for the company.
- Net monthly median salary of €2,734.
- Minimum duration of seasonal contracts of 122 days with automatic renewal from one season to the next.
- Maintaining the employment of all our employees during the “closed” season 20-21.
Our additional proposals following the filing of the strike notice - Increase in the profit-sharing ceiling.
- 10 “friends” day packages per employee.
- Support for season passes for our retirees.
Despite these proposals, the strike continues.
