TV Chef Heston Blumenthal visits La Tania
TV Chef Heston Blumenthal lunched at Le Farcon, La Tania’s Michelin Star Restaurant with Nico from the Tourist office today. Heston is pictured here with Le Farcon chef Julien Machet.
Heston is owner of the 3 Star (there are only 4 in the UK) Michelin Fat Duck Restaurant in Berkshire that was voted Best Restaurant in the World in 2005 and famous for his ultra modern food “chemistry”.
Nico told him about the Summer and the Friday night Ski Lodge Alpine Fish n Chips cooked from his recipe!

The Ram Raid playing at the Bouc Blanc on a Friday afternoon just above La Tania. So much better than French DJs miming to inappropriately loud Europop in our opinion…. These boys have got long hair, guitars, everything… They’re back up the mountain next Friday and at the Ski Lodge next Thursday night.
