First tracks down Lanches yesterday morning. Best snow in the 3 Valleys

Weird snow yesterday morning. More fresh snow around the top of the La Tania Gondola area then anywhere else. A good 6 to 8 inches in sheltered spots where as the top of Saulire barely an inch.

Snow returns

Always up for some powder, here is Nick near Bouc Blanc above Jockeys enjoying some fresh powder. Over night snow has freshened the pistes and more predicted, we’ll see! Nick, Nickski www.nickskithreevalleys.co.uk

Folyeres to myself first tracks this morning

Snow better than expected. Cold and light and 6 inches at top. Chair closed temporarily first thing.

Cold out high up but pistes surprisingly ok

-14C on top of Saulire. Pistes holding up well and generally not much ice about except in the usual places and high traffic areas, though still very quiet. Turks black run off Saulire almost untouched at 4pm. Canons blowing hard and staying very cold. Looks like snow coming through on Friday. The odd shower today but very light…

More snow shoeing…

Lucy from Ski Deep does her first snow shoe up the blue with a beautiful sea of cloud behind. Piste conditions good. Ferg.

Gaz, Bish, Jemma, Jamie, Rachel and Dave may have got to the queue first but Nick, Joey and Mark slid in to the first gondola… Good Work!

And stay safe…. Thanks to Arnaud at the Tourist office for the pic.

Skiing back to La Tania

Some of the best snow of the day was on Bouc Blanc, maybe about 70cm on the pistes then back home to the chalet by Plan Fontaine which has had test firing of the new cannons and the first bashing of the season. Nick and Joey www.nickskithreevalleys.co.uk
