Another perfect day on the mountain, great snow and blue skies – more snow tomorrow?
Another great day of blue skies and perfect piste conditions. Only a
handful of runs closed in the Courchevel Valley, this includes the
lower red section down to La Tania and the black Jockeys run – just
not enough depth on these runs and not the demand for them so maybe
not worth the effort in maintaining them until more snow low down. The
blue Folyeres and green Plan Fontaine both open and fine down to
resort though. Grand Couloir, for those interested now officially open
too.
Off piste avalanche risks are posted at level 3/5 above 2200m and 2/5
below but both sun and aspect effecting this.
