Heston is owner of the 3 Star (there are only 4 in the UK) Michelin Fat Duck Restaurant in Berkshire that was voted Best Restaurant in the World in 2005 and famous for his ultra modern food “chemistry”.
Nico told him about the Summer and the Friday night Ski Lodge Alpine Fish n Chips cooked from his recipe!
