The gondola opened 40 minutes later than normal and at the top we were greeted by about a foot or so of fresh powdery snow on top of groomed pistes. First run down the red to La Tania was stunning followed by an awesome run down Jockeys to Le Praz and a lucky bus back to La Tania within 5 minutes. Big grins all round. Unfortunately much of the rest of the Courchevel valley was closed until much later. Still snowing, I need to go an shovel snow again!
