Winner Bouc Blanc Race

Eric’s Sister – Nicole, as crazy as Eric ;-), she was first woman in Bouc Blanc race. Foto at BB Family! Nice for website! CU this winter! All The Best! Go hard or go home! Eric

Good luck to all running the Bouc Blanc race tomorrow. 18:00 Start.

Gondola running in to the evening for those going up to see the finish line (and a lift back down for the competitors). Does this “out of hours” service mean we could have something happen on a Saturday, like the pool and gondola open in Summer and have weekend visitors?

Bouc Blanc Race Results. Well done to Snow Retreat, top effort

Andrea’s initial Bouc Blanc race report and pics. Well done everyone.

Enjoyed a dinner at the Bouc Blanc and had a few drinks at the lodge (first > alcohol in 2 months) so here are 3 pic’s for the web site. Hopefully getting > full results from tourist office tomorrow but in the mean time…. > Congratulations to all the La Tania runners, the Brits dominated the female event with Bec’s Machin winning with me (Andrea Leman) 2nd and Ines Dearman 3rd (managed it despite suffering from a bad throat). John Broadbent ran off with as many prizes as he could carry (he has run this race over 10 times)… but such a great example to all of us.. Full results to follow. > > Andrea >

And theyre off Bouc Blanc Race with Andrea first past Kalinka

Bouc Blanc Race – 2 August 2009

> the race:
>
> John Machin, John Broadbent, Sarah Buckle, Simon (South African) and
> from Le Praz Chris, Caroline and Stan. We all arrived rather wet
> and soggy in the following order:
>
> John Machin
> Chris
> John Broadbent
> Stan
> Sarah Buckle
> Caroline
>
> interspersed by several french runners who also started the second
> (unofficial) race – Congrats to Simon (S.Africa Twin ex-Ski Lodge)
> coming 2nd amongst some serious French runners in that race in 40
> mins, a Parisian won in 32 mins. Jeremy's (Taiga) dog chased Simon
> and came 3rd.
>
> Well done to all who took part and also to the Bouc Blanc who gave a
> very warm welcome and for all the prizes!
>
> Thanks to Sarah for the update, pics to follow….
