La Tania to Meribel Road Closure NOT Passable by Mountain Bike
The La Tania to Meribel Village road has been closed since the 7th July and is expected to be closed for around 4 months, re-opening around the end of October. It’s always suffered from land slips and this is a major piece of work and re-routing it higher up to sort it out properly (hopefully!).
Ferg has confirmed it’s not passable even by MTB, there’s a big fence to climb over then French engineers wielding explosives…
They are making a right mess!
