Fresh Snow at 3,000m and sunshine returns to The Alps
Fresh snow yesterday on the Grand Bec coming a day after glorious sunshine. But the sun returns again to La Tania this morning.

Nick gets first biking tracks down Lac de la Chambre
Normally getting first tracks from the first gondola every morning in Winter, here’s Nick from Nick Ski getting first biking tracks in Summer on the Lac de la Chambre piste at the top of the Méribel Valley.
La Tania and Friends hit the Grenoble Water Ski Park
Jonny Kaye (Funky Fox), Tracker (Bar Mont Blanc Vallandry), JP (Pub Ski Lodge La Tania) and Ralph (Freeride Republic) – Top day when you can actually get up! Water temp 25 degrees C – lovely!
Crystal UK Ski Industry Report 2013
The 2013 Crystal Ski Industry Report is now out – at last showing the decline has stopped with a 1% rise in the number of UK skiers and snowboarders going on holiday last season. France showed a very slight increase of its share of the market from 34.6% to 34.8% – still the UK marker leader ahead of second place Austria now at 28.2% with Italy third at 15.2%. The US/Canada now down to 4.5% with Switzerland overtaking it rising from 4.9 to 5.5%.
Every other holiday is a TUI holiday now – Crystal, Thomson and their other holiday companies having nearly 52% of the market.
