Snowing hard right now, improving conditions but getting warmer
More fresh snow overnight and snowing this morning with showers on and off through the day. Weather to get warmer with rain lower down over the next few days however. Alas the Old School have not gone hard and gone home for the day….

Considerably Warmer, Grey Day
More snow came down at the weekend and along with all the artificial stuff that’s been put down over the last 2 weeks the vast majority of the whole 3 Valleys has been open.
However a sudden rise in temperature and warm weather appeared from nowhere (from minus 20 to plus 2 in a day!). Some runs could suffer and rain low down looks likely but snow higher up over the next couple of days. For those that did manage to make it here this week through the travel problems there’s plenty of decent skiing (some really excellent pistes high up) but after Sunday there’s not been the still, blue sky and sunshine days of last week. High winds are preventing some top lifts opening today as well but there should be some further snow over Christmas although preceded by more rain at lower levels.
