Snowed all night, the cannons running hard and the piste bashers are already in action grooming the runs around La Tania 19 days before the lifts open here - will be (unoficially) skiable from the Courchevel side no doubt from the 6th December though….  Waiting for the first tracks pic, when Ferg stop shovelling and stars skiing….

As forecast a lovely covering of the white stuff and more to come Sunday night / Monday. Temperatures remaining cold and snow cannons on full blast – this is it, we’ll be skiing on this base on Folyeres this Winter.

The piste bashers are out in Val Thorens although I think they are going to need a good few days with the snow cannons before it is possible to open. According to the radio about 50cms fell at the top yesterday though!
