Minus 20 at the top of VT but the best opening in 8 years for Nick and Joey of Nick Ski….
Snowed all night, the cannons running hard and the piste bashers are already in action grooming the runs around La Tania 19 days before the lifts open here - will be (unoficially) skiable from the Courchevel side no doubt from the 6th December though…. Waiting for the first tracks pic, when Ferg stop shovelling and stars skiing….
As forecast a lovely covering of the white stuff and more to come Sunday night / Monday. Temperatures remaining cold and snow cannons on full blast – this is it, we’ll be skiing on this base on Folyeres this Winter.
The temporary building now in the Sherpa Car Park (until they build the proper one between Hotel Montana and the Gondola station….
